Home Remedies for hair loss control:
Coconut Milk: Apply 1 cup of fresh coconut milk with the help of a hair dye brush and cover your head with a warm towel. Leave it on to your scalp for at least 20 minutes. After that, remove the towel and wash your head with lukewarm water. You should ideally repeat this thrice in a week for best results. Coconut milk is known for its richness in Vitamin E and fats that help give your scalp the desired moisture thus reducing the breakage and thinning of hair.
Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera has always been used traditionally for treating hair loss. Aloe Vera can play a crucial role in balancing the pH levels of the scalp and hair. It promotes hair growth by penetrating deep in to the scalp and hair. You can use Aloe Vera gel or naturally extract the pulp from a steak and apply it on your hair. Gently massage the pulp on your scalp in circular motion and leave it for 15 minutes. Later wash your head with a mild shampoo. Repeat this process twice in a week.
Indian Gooseberries (Amla): Amla is a rich source of vitamin c and helps strengthening the hair follicles. To fight hair loss, it’s recommended to mix amla juice and coconut oil in equal parts along with few drops of lemon juice. Apply this mixture on to your scalp and leave it for about 15-20 minutes to penetrate deep in the scalp. After this, wash your head with warm water. You can follow this procedure twice in a week to see good results.
Neem (Indian Lilac): Because of excellent antibacterial properties, Neem can help fight dandruff and hair loss. A dandruff free scalp ensures healthy scalp and promotes hair growth. Boil 10-15 neem leaves till the water level comes to half and then apply this mixture to rinse off your hair. This should ideally be done as the last rinse after the process of shampooing. Following this procedure once in a week can bring positive results especially in female hair loss
Fenugreek Seeds (Methi): Fenugreek seeds can help make hair more shiny, smooth and also more strong and healthy by promoting the hair growth. Soak some fenugreek seeds overnight and grind them the next morning to make a paste which is spreadable and thoroughly ground. Apply this paste evenly on to your scalp and then cover your head with a shower cap for 40 minutes. After this, rinse your hair with cold water. This process can be repeated twice in a week.
